Arch is an Anatolian architecture style. The technique is first used by Roman people to build birdge. Later Anatolian people made their house roof with this technique. They could make strong roof with Arch style. Arch technique roof keeps the room cool in the summer time, warm in the winter time. So, Goreme people carry this Arch technique to today, we also use this technique for building our charming Hotel.
